The biggest visual upgrade on the latest version is the sub-dial spacing. Comparing with the old version, you can clearly see it has been narrowed down, now extremely close to gen proportion, visually the harmony feels much better. The sub-dial color also changed from the earlier purplish tone to a deeper navy blue.
However, due to the physical layout limitation of the ST19 movement wheel train, the six o’clock sub-dial function still cannot match gen 100%. But there is a very mature little fix: you can ask a watchmaker to remove the corresponding gear, so the hand will stay at 12 o’clock position forever.
